I was able to video Simmi walking on June 20th and that was the last time I was able to do anything. I’ve attempted to get video of her walking since then, but she mostly prefers to be sitting down or sitting on us. She does walk still, but prefers to sit. We’re going to try again this weekend to get some footage of her just “being herself,” whether that is sitting, standing, playing or being difficult and screaming. I was able to get footage of her screaming at the top of her lungs, but it was too difficult to watch and I erased it. It’s hard enough watching her go through screaming fits in real life, and reliving them on video just makes my heart sick.
